At MIRAVO, we stand behind the quality of our sustainable products. If you aren't satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags intact.
Accompanied by the original invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
Used Bamboo Toothbrushes.
Opened personal care or hygiene products.
Custom-made or personalized items.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@miravolife.com with your Order ID and a clear photo of the product.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (wherever service is available).
For defective or wrong items, the return shipping is on us! For other reasons, a small shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We will provide you with MIRAVO Store Credit or a bank transfer to your provided account details.
